Justin P. Wilson
A high-energy leader and Raymond James Operations Manager with a proven track record of precision, discipline, and global perspective. From navigating the complexities of financial operations to traversing the Drake Passage while sailing to Antarctica, he brings a unique blend of executive leadership and a relentless "marathon-runner" work ethic. John “Jay” Wilson, V
Born in Grass Valley, California, Jay (John Holden Wilson V), graduated from high school in '67, after moving to Atlanta. The year before, he was living in Jacksonville, Florida. That summer, Jay went to college, studying at Southern Technical Institute in Marietta.
In 1969, Wilson followed in his father's footsteps, serving his country while stationed in Tempelhof, a U.S. Air Force base in West Berlin (base operations from 1945 to 1993), known as Tempelhof Central Airport (TCA). It was a crucial hub during the Cold War, especially during the “Berlin Airlift.” With a sensitive and secret clearance, Jay, to this day, only claims he worked in “high-tech radar.” The Berlin Airlift was a major logistical operation by the U.S. and its allies to supply West Berlin by air after the Soviet Union blockaded all ground access to the city in 1948. The airlift was a pivotal event in the Cold War, demonstrating Western resolve. The operation successfully delivered food and fuel to keep the city from falling to the Soviets.
Wilson considered a second term in the military after serving until 1973, but the Air Force would not allow him to remain in Europe, so he delisted and returned home to America, where he worked as an FSO (Facilities Security Officer) for a private Alabama security and alarm firm. His job was to install state-of-the-art cameras and security systems for schools, banks, government buildings, and eventually military installations and bases.
Once again, Jay had to have a special security clearance in order to work on new technologies involving newly developed “card accesses.” Wilson would also follow in his grandfather’s rubber boots, serving as a volunteer firefighter and acting as the unit’s Chief. He would serve the Shelco Volunteer Fire and Rescue in Shelby County, Alabama, for many years.

Jessyca Taube
Jessyca has always had a passion for marine life since being a young child. She grew up as a lover of dolphins, turtles, and manatees, with early experiences snorkeling the Florida Keys reefs, encountering sharks and jellyfish at the age of seven. She later learned to flyfish in the Bahamas for bonefish and other species with her mentor, the famous fishing guide, Stu Apte.
Jess attended high school at Cardinal Gibbons, and furthered her education in Gainesville, Florida, where she became a fervent Florida Gator fan, while pursuing her goal to teach younger children, majoring in Early Childhood Education. After graduation, she continued her teaching career and personal life, landing her first job at Baby Boomers in Pompano Beach, an international private Montessori school, teaching there for five years. A dream to teach in the Florida Keys was sidetracked by a position at Trinity Episcopal School in Fort Worth, Texas. There, she followed her future husband, a young, bright ER resident at John Peter Smith Hospital, getting engaged in a field of bluebonnet flowers, in Ennis Texas.
The now Mrs. Taube returned to Florida to teach at the Lighthouse Christian School (the "Pink Church"). She loves sailing, especially in the Caribbean and listening to her favorite music, Jimmy Buffett, reggae and other country artists, many whom she has met personally. Now a full-time mother of two, she instills a love of nature and ecosystems in her children. Jess was active in the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center turtle rescue and rehabilitation programs for many years with her kids. Taube and her family continue to clean "Mother Ocean" through the “Acts of Kindness”, a program associated with St. Mark's Episcopal School in Fort Lauderdale, where her children currently are receiving their education. An International traveler and adventurer, she is an expert mountain climber, and has explored many of the world's greatest mountains, including Mount Everest. Taube has traveled extensively with her father throughout Europe, Central America and Asia, including Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Nepal, Myanmar, and Turkey, exploring and handling wildlife. Jess is a superior athlete, often running half marathons. She practices and often leads her class in Orangetheory, a high-end fitness training center.
Taube still wants to see more of the world with her children and maintains a desire to swim and feed dangerous large sharks, along with one day, swimming with other of nature’s largest mammals, like humpback whales.

Robert Sousa
Bob, a U.S. Army Captain Vietnam War veteran, is a Ph.D. fishery biologist and Certified Fisheries Scientist (American Fisheries Society). He retired from an extensive and productive career spanning more than 30 years with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. He was instrumental in the development and implementation of the Wallop Breaux amendments to the Sport Fish Restoration Act that provides matching grant funds to states for boating access and fisheries enhancements. During his tenure with USFWS he signed conservation grants totaling more than $1 billion. Recipient of Scouting’s most distinguished adult conservation recognition, the William T. Hornaday Gold Medal. First granted in 1914, it was the oldest continuous conservation award by any organization in the United States. About 60 Hornaday Gold Medals have been presented with the likes of Aldo Leopold receiving the second medal. It is among the rarest honors in Scouting and is often compared as the Olympic Medal bestowed by the Earth! Bob has fished in many countries throughout the world and holds several angling world records. Bob is an international subject expert in angling and specifically fly fishing. He has taught many thousands of scouts to cast a fly rod helping them catch their first fish on a fly. Bob’s passion for fishing means giving back. He has served on the Board of the Future Fisherman Foundation, is a Master Instructor in Massachusetts’ Aquatic Resources Education Program, a Scouting Master Certified Angler Instructor and Vice Chair emeritus of Scouting’s National Fishing Leadership Team. He continues to be active in helping youth and adults learn the concepts of fishing and conservation. Bob is credited among the originators of Scouting’s Fly Fishing Merit Badge, contributes to the Fishing Merit Badge booklet and is the current lead for Wildlife Management Merit Badge booklet. He has written counselor guides for each of these awards. Using his many years of teaching fly fishing to thousands of people, his first non-BSA book, Learn to Fly Fish in 24 Hours(McGraw-Hill, 2007) was written to take the intimidation factor out of learning this life-long sport. His latest book, The 24 Greatest Flies You Don't Leave Home Without (Husking Bee Books, 2010), picks up on the same simplicity theme and describes how an angler can catch most fish, most places, most of the time with a few simple fly patterns. Bob’s goal is to simplify the lifetime sport and encourage more people to get out of doors and become responsible stewards of our woods and waters.

Jeff “Gator” Wilson
Philanthropist, author, world record-holding fly fisherman, and avid explorer whose works are written entirely to benefit non-profit organizations. He is described as a "true outdoorsman" with a deep passion for conservation and the natural world. Wilson uses the nickname "Gator" due to his connection to the state of Florida and the University of Florida sports programs.
He is an experienced sailor who ran a yacht charter company in the Bahamas, a bow hunter, white water guide, and scuba diver. His extensive travels have taken him to both the Arctic and Antarctic Circles, numerous countries, and he has hiked to many of the world's most famous natural wonders and mountains. Wilson worked for Raymond James Financial for almost 50 years, and at one point served as Vice-president of Estate and Financial Planning for the firm.
He became a dedicated philanthropist in the late 1980s, and through his sphere of mentors and friends with such legendary conservationists like Jimmy Buffett, Governor Bob Graham, Sandy Sprunt, Sam Wampler, Johnny Morris and Guy Harvey, he has focused on the fragile ecosystems of the Florida Keys and its fauna and flora. He is a co-founder of the Florida Keys Conservancy, and a Founding Member of Bonefish and Tarpon Trust, and is a permanent member of the IGFA Billfish Legacy Society, National SigEp Icon, the first ever BSA Certified Angling Instructor #1, and co-creator of the Flyfishing merit badge.
Wilson has received numerous national awards and recognition from many profit and nonprofit organizations. He is also associated with the J.P. "Gator" Wilson Family Foundation.

Richard Labinsky
Rick grew up in New Jersey, where he loved the outdoors and Jersey shore. Labinsky graduated college with a degree in Civil Engineering and moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1980, where he became an avid offshore and backcountry fisherman and certified scuba diver. Rick remains active in local environmental causes. Labinsky enjoys fly fishing and light tackle angling.

Paul Minenn
Paul is a passionate fishing educator who retired as an elementary school Principal. Currently he is Committee Chair for Troop 160 in Patriot’s Path Council.
Paul is the proud father of two Eagle Scout Sons (2018 & 2022). He lives with his wife Debbie and menagerie of 5 Cats, a dog and that one fish who refuses to die.
Scouting accomplishments include the District Award of Merit, Trailblazer Award, Roundtable Commissioner & assistant District Vice Chair for Program and Membership at Patriots Path Council (PPC). He served on the Council Membership Committee.
He is the Fishing Committee representative at PPC at Council Camping Committee Mtgs and has directed all fishing events at Mt. Allamuchy Scout Reservation Cub Camporees for several years.
In 2024 and 2025, Paul worked at Mt Allamuchy Scout Reservation and held Fish Camp. This was a very popular specialty week offering and will once again be offered in 2025. Scouts attending experienced deep-sea fishing, trout fishing and a tour of the New Jersey Hatchery.
He has served on two previous National Jamborees as fishing staff and will once again be the Lead for fishing at the 2026 National Jamboree.
Paul Minenna is a member of the National Fishing Leadership Team and an executive board member. He serves as the Program Director for the Certified Angling Instructor Program (CAI). This Camp School program teaches fishing to that generation of adults who did not learn as a youth. As a trainer, Paul travels the US teaching the CAI program at Camps and High Adventure venues from Florida to New Mexico. He also helped to initiate Zoom meetings during Covid epidemic which continues to train many across the USA and abroad today.
In addition to his involvement in Scouting, Paul has been an active member of his community in a variety of roles. As a town councilman, Paul served for 20 years and has a strong environmental services background; served on the planning board and spend several years as a science teacher. While teaching, he ran the school greenhouse which produced many plants for the community and the annual tomato seedings where his students raised 10 thousand plants for sales to support the greenhouse at no cost to the school board. His program gained notoriety and became a model for the county. Using students with discipline issues he turned those students into productive members of the school and community.
Scott Dutton
Mr. Dutton obtained his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University, Pettit College of Law in 1984. During his course of study at Ohio Northern University, Mr. Dutton was a member of the editorial staff of the Ohio Northern University Law Review. He was also a justice on the law school’s Moot Court Executive Board, and was the justice in charge of the First Year Appellate Advocacy Program. While in law school Mr. Dutton also participated in four national moot court competitions, including the Fall National Moot Court Competition, the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition (Best Written Memorial), the Benton Privacy Law Competition (Team Coach) and the American Bar Association Client Counseling Competition. Because of his moot court experience, he was selected to the Order of Barristers for having exhibited excellence and obtained high honor through the art of courtroom advocacy.
Additional achievements by Mr. Dutton while in law school included the authorship and publication of an article on constitutional law that has been published nationally, selection as research assistant to Professor Paul Edwards, and participation on the faculty hiring committee. For his outstanding academic achievement in law school, Mr. Dutton was selected to Who's Who Among American Law Students.
Mr. Dutton has served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Defense Lawyers, and served as their Continuing Legal Education Chairperson. He is presently President and on the Board of Directors for the Florida ClaimsDefense Network (FCDN).
Professional organizations in which Mr. Dutton is a member include the Defense Research Institute and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. In addition to being admitted to the Florida Bar, Mr. Dutton has also been admitted to the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He has been Board Certified in Civil Trial Practice by The Florida Bar since 1992. In addition to his legal practice today, Mr. Dutton also taught as adjunct faculty in business law, American government, political science, and state and local government at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Florida. He has also been invited on several occasions to judge both trials and moot court competitions at Stetson Law School. Prior to law school, Mr. Dutton was a lifeguard lieutenant with Miami-Dade County Beach & Marine Safety, and later was employed with the Miami Beach Fire Department and City of Deerfield Beach Fire Department as a firefighter paramedic.
During that time, he instructed paramedical procedures, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology and water rescue techniques at Miami-Dade Community College in Miami, Florida. He was also on the City of Miami Beach SWAT team where he chased down bad guys (and girls!) in the streets of Miami. For Mr. Dutton’s dedication to fighting insurance fraud he was honored by the Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee (“Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee”) which awarded him the Jerry Zappalo Distinguished Service Award in 2012. Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee is a non-profit corporation comprised of the Department of Insurance Fraud (DIF), special investigative unit (SIU) departments and investigators, law enforcement personnel and dedicated individuals whose purpose is deterring, detecting, investigating and prosecuting insurance fraud.
Mr. Dutton’s is an AV Preeminent rated attorney in The Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the highest rating available. The “A” signifies the highest level of legal ability; the “V” denotes “very high” adherence to the professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability, and diligence. He is also listed as one of Florida’s top lawyers in Tampa, Orlando, Miami and Florida and in Super Lawyers under Civil Litigation Defense.
Scott was born in Miami, Florida and is married to Kathleen Perez Dutton, a Tampa native. They have three children: Clayton Dutton, B.S., DVM, Christopher Dutton, B.A., J.D. and CourtneyDutton Watson, B.A. Psychology, B.A. Art.

Eric Estebanez
Eric Estebanez brings both professional experience and a lifelong personal connection to South Florida to his interest in supporting the Florida Keys. Cuban-born, Eric came to the United States in 1973 and has since made Florida his home, living and working in Palm Beach and Broward Counties for decades. His personal journey has shaped a deep appreciation for community, opportunity, and the responsibility of preserving the natural environments that make South Florida unique.
A graduate of Florida Atlantic University (Class of 1990), Eric has spent his career building a path rooted in leadership, accountability, and service. From 1979 through 2000, he spent a significant amount of time in Key Largo, where he developed a lasting connection to the Florida Keys.
As an avid boater since 1979, much of Eric’s relationship with the Keys has been formed on the water, navigating its bays, reefs, and backcountry. Over the years, he has gained firsthand knowledge of the region’s delicate marine ecosystems, including coral reefs and mangrove habitats. These experiences fostered a strong respect for responsible boating and environmental stewardship, along with a clear understanding of the importance of protecting water quality, marine life, and sustainable access to these treasured environments.
Professionally, Eric is the President of Pointe Management Group, Inc., a property management company he founded in1996. Under his leadership, the company has grown to serve 42 homeowner and condominium associations across Palm Beach and Broward Counties. His role includes extensive financial oversight, developing and managing budgets, supervising reserve funds, and ensuring the long-term financial health of the communities he serves. Eric is known for his disciplined and practical approach to fiscal management, emphasizing transparency, cost control, and prudent spending while maintaining high standards of service and property care.
Eric’s perspective is grounded in both experience and genuine care for the region. He understands the balance between growth and preservation and is committed to supporting efforts that protect the environmental integrity and character of the Florida Keys for future generations.

David Lund is a senior marketing, innovation, and growth strategy leader with more than 30 years of experience helping food and agricultural organizations develop and execute effective go-to-market and growth strategies. He has worked with global food brands, grower-aligned organizations, and industry boards including Chiquita, H.J. Heinz, Camposol, IFCO, Fresh Solutions Network, and the Colombia Avocado Board, supporting initiatives spanning strategic planning, market entry, category growth, and innovation.
David has been involved with numerous non-profits, including serving in leadership roles with multiple American Marketing Association chapters, South Carolina Specialty Foods Association, Thx! Dreams Advisory Board, Scouting America Council leadership, unit leadership, and summer camp management, and the Scouting America National Fishing Leadership Team.
